Renovation of an existing vacant wing into a unit care suite in an existing I-2 occupancy on the third floor wing of the existing Kershaw building to accommodate a new behavioral health crisis unit consisting of 8 patient bays, 2 patient toilet/showers, a team station, and support space. New medical imaging equipment for a new hybrid OR Class 3 imaging room located on the 2nd level of MUHA Midlands Columbia, SC. The project will include a new imaging equipment installation, equipment room, UPS room, control room, associated electrical and mechanical upgrades, installation of new surgical equipment, lighting, shielding and medical gas ceiling mounted booms and new finishes. As a result of the new hybrid OR room, an existing breakdown room will be relocated.
