Colbert Education Center and Library Roof Replacement - #H51-50149

Scope of work includes roof replacement with removal of existing gravel surface built up roof system down to concrete roof deck, installation of a vapor retarder, installation of a lightweight insulating concrete system with insulation, and installation of a two ply modified bitumen roof system.
