MUSC Health - Nexton Community Hospital

The project includes the preparation of the documents associated with the CON application for a roughly 311,221 SF of space. The building will include 128 inpatient beds, 4 Operating Rooms, 2 Procedure Rooms, 8 Labor and Delivery Rooms, a Nursery, 1 MRI, I CT Scan, 2 Fluoroscopy, 2 Imaging rooms in addition to the prep and recovery spaces, nursing support, and associated clerical and family spaces for a community hospital. The building will also include a helipad to transport patients downtown if needed
